Vin de Pays de l’Hérault 2022 - Grange des Pères

This 2022 Vin de Pays de l’Hérault is a fine red wine from the Languedoc, produced by Domaine de la Grange des Pères in Aniane from a blend of Syrah, Mourvèdre, Cabernet Sauvignon and Counoise. Produced from hand-harvested grapes and fermented variety by variety using indigenous yeasts, this wine is aged for 24 months in oak barrels, which contributes to its complexity and depth. The 2022 vintage stands out for its freshness and reveals an intense bouquet with aromas of black fruits, plum, blackberry and cherry, accompanied by notes of pepper, liquorice, garrigue, leather and smoke.
