This red wine, made from Pinot Noir grapes, comes from the prestigious Nuits-Saint-Georges appellation in the Côte de Nuits. The 2018 Albuca cuvée, created by Cécile Tremblay, expresses all the power and depth typical of this renowned Burgundy terroir.
The 2018 vintage, marked by the great maturity of the grapes, reveals an intense and complex wine. The nose opens with ripe black fruits, spicy notes and subtle hints of undergrowth. On the palate, the structure is full-bodied, supported by assertive but elegant tannins, balanced by a beautiful freshness that brings length and harmony.
Served at an ideal temperature of 15 to 16°C, this Nuits-Saint-Georges is the perfect accompaniment to strong-flavoured meats such as game, braised beef or mature cheeses. Already appealing today, it has an ageing potential of 12 to 15 years, which will allow it to develop more complex tertiary aromas over time.
