This Burgundy red wine comes from the prestigious village of Chambolle-Musigny, in the heart of the Côte de Nuits. The 2018 Les Cabottes cuvée, created by renowned winemaker Cécile Tremblay, perfectly illustrates the finesse and elegance of Pinot Noir grown on these exceptional terroirs.

The generous and sunny 2018 vintage offers a wine with a deep ruby colour and a bouquet rich in ripe red and black fruits (cherry, raspberry, blackberry), enhanced by floral notes typical of the commune and spicy and mineral touches. On the palate, the texture is silky, with fine tannins and a beautiful freshness that balances the power of the vintage.

Served at an ideal temperature of 15 to 16°C, this Chambolle-Musigny is the perfect accompaniment to roast poultry, veal with mushrooms or mature Burgundy cheeses. Already seductive with its vibrant fruit, it also has an ageing potential of 10 to 15 years, during which time it will gain in complexity and depth.
