Coteaux Bourguignons Mon Poulain 2024 - Les Horées

This 2024 Coteaux Bourguignons Mon Poulain from Domaine Les Horées is a Burgundy red wine made from Pinot Noir and Gamay, two grape varieties that express themselves here in a fresh and delicious style. This cuvée is the result of biodynamic viticulture and a minimally interventionist winemaking process, with the two grape varieties fermented separately before blending and aged for around twelve months in used oak barrels. The 2024 vintage produces a Coteaux Bourguignons that is particularly focused on freshness and fruit, with aromas of red cherry, red berries, violet and subtle spicy and smoky notes.
