Les Dentelles - Jean-François Ganevat

‘Les Dentelles’ is a ‘Vin de France’ red wine produced by Anne and Jean-François Ganevat, made from an original blend of Syrah and Grenache from the south of France. This unconventional cuvée combines the Ganevat family’s Jura expertise with Mediterranean grape varieties, using natural vinification with indigenous yeasts and aged for one year in amphorae. The wine is then bottled without filtration or clarification and without the addition of sulphur, following a low-intervention approach that prioritises the expression of the fruit. On the nose, Les Dentelles reveals aromas of cherry, strawberry, black fruits and violet, accompanied by spicy and slightly wild notes. On the palate, it is supple, juicy and indulgent, with a fresh texture, subtle tannins and a fruity finish.
