Les Cinq Climats 2023 is an exceptional white wine from the Alain Gras estate, located in the Saint-Romain appellation in Côte de Beaune, Burgundy. This unique terroir, ideally exposed to the sun and benefiting from clay-limestone soils, gives the wine finesse, minerality and elegance.

Made exclusively from Chardonnay, this 2023 vintage stands out for its freshness and balance, revealing all the aromatic richness of the Saint-Romain terroir.

On tasting, this wine has a bright, light yellow colour. The nose opens with notes of white fruit (pear, apple), accompanied by white flowers, tonka beans and a subtle mineral touch. On the palate, the attack is lively and precise, with an elegant texture and a long, pure and salty finish, the signature of the terroir.

Saint-Romain Les Cinq Climats 2023 is the perfect accompaniment to grilled or sauced fish, seafood, poultry in cream sauce or soft cheeses such as Brillat-Savarin.
