This Burgundy red wine, made from Pinot Noir grapes, comes from the prestigious Chambolle-Musigny Premier Cru appellation in the Côte de Nuits. The 2015 Les Feusselottes cuvée, produced by Cécile Tremblay, reveals an already evolved profile, combining finesse and maturity on this exceptional terroir.
After several years of ageing, the 2015 vintage is distinguished by a slightly evolved ruby colour and an expressive nose combining ripe red and black fruits, floral notes and subtle hints of spices and undergrowth. On the palate, the texture is silky, the tannins are mellow and the freshness brings a beautiful balance, prolonging the finish with elegance.
Served at 15-16°C, this Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Feusselottes 2015 is the perfect accompaniment to roast meats, pigeon with mushrooms or mature cheeses. Already accessible today for its aromatic complexity, it has an additional ageing potential of 5 to 8 years, allowing you to continue to appreciate the wine's evolution.
