The generous and sunny 2018 vintage has produced a wine with a deep ruby colour and an intense nose marked by ripe red and black fruits, floral notes and delicate hints of spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied and velvety, carried by silky tannins and a beautiful freshness that balances the richness of the vintage.

Served at an ideal temperature of 15 to 16°C, this Vosne-Romanée Vieilles Vignes is a refined accompaniment to roast poultry, squab with mushrooms or mature Burgundy cheeses. Already seductive today with its aromatic intensity, it has an ageing potential of 12 to 15 years, during which time it will develop even more remarkable complexity.
