This Burgundy red wine is made from Pinot Noir grapes and comes from the Chambolle-Musigny appellation in the Côte de Nuits. The 2019 Les Cabottes cuvée, produced by the talented winemaker Cécile Tremblay, perfectly illustrates the finesse and elegance characteristic of this renowned terroir.
The 2019 vintage, marked by great maturity and beautiful balance, has produced a wine with an intense ruby colour and an expressive bouquet of ripe red and black fruits (cherry, raspberry, blackberry), complemented by delicate floral notes and a subtle touch of spice. On the palate, the texture is silky, with fine tannins, beautiful density and a harmonious freshness that prolongs the finish.
Served at an ideal temperature of 15 to 16°C, this Chambolle-Musigny Les Cabottes pairs well with roast poultry, veal chop with mushrooms or mature Burgundy cheeses. Ready to drink now for its aromatic brilliance, it also has an ageing potential of 10 to 12 years, during which time it will gain in complexity and depth.
A refined Chambolle-Musigny that highlights the delicacy of Pinot Noir and the demanding expertise of Cécile Tremblay.
