This Burgundy red wine, made from Pinot Noir grapes, comes from the Bourgogne Côte d'Or appellation, covering some of the finest terroirs in the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune. The 2019 vintage, created by renowned winemaker Cécile Tremblay, accurately reflects the authenticity and finesse of Burgundy Pinot Noir.
The 2019 vintage, sunny and balanced, produces a generous wine with a deep ruby colour and an expressive bouquet combining ripe red and black fruits, floral notes and a subtle touch of spice. On the palate, the attack is generous, the texture silky and the freshness brings a beautiful harmony, supported by elegant, mellow tannins.
Served between 15 and 16°C, this Bourgogne Côte d'Or pairs perfectly with roast poultry, veal chops with mushrooms or mature cheeses. Ready to drink now for its vibrant fruit, it also has an ageing potential of 6 to 8 years, allowing you to enjoy its evolution while maintaining its balance.
