The Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Boudriotte 2021 of Domaine Ramonet is a white wine from Burgundy from the appellation Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru, in the heart of the Côte de Beaune. Made from 100% Chardonnay, this Burgundy wine expresses all the finesse, precision and elegance of the Boudriotte terroir. The 2021 vintage, bright and balanced, offers a refined wine, harmonious and of great aromatic purity, faithful to the characteristic style of Domaine Ramonet.

The nose reveals aromas of ripe white fruits, such as pear, apple and lemon, accompanied by floral notes, white flowers, fresh butter and a subtle minerality.
