The Meursault 1er Cru Goutte d'Or 2015 from Domaine François Mikulski is a great Burgundy white wine from one of the most renowned climats in the Meursault appellation, located on soils rich in marl and limestone. Made from 100% Chardonnay, this Meursault 1er Cru accurately expresses the generosity and depth characteristic of the Goutte d'Or terroir, magnified by a sunny and perfectly ripe 2015 vintage.

The nose reveals intense aromas of ripe yellow fruit, pear and apricot, accompanied by notes of white flowers, fresh butter, hazelnut and a subtle hint of honey linked to the wine's development. On the palate, the texture is full-bodied and enveloping, balanced by a beautiful mineral tension that prolongs the tasting experience. The finish is long, persistent and elegant, revealing all the mastery of François Mikulski's style, precise and without heaviness.
