The 2021 vintage, which is fresher and more classic, has produced a wine of great elegance, carried by the purity of the fruit and natural tension.

The nose opens with delicate aromas of fresh red fruit (cherry, raspberry), accompanied by floral notes, peony, light undergrowth and a subtle hint of spice.
