The Cramant Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Extra-Brut from Domaine Dhondt-Grellet is a blanc de blancs champagne from the Cramant Grand Cru appellation, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs in Champagne. Made from 100% Chardonnay, this Grand Cru Extra-Brut reflects all the finesse, precision and elegance characteristic of the Cramant terroirs. Its fine bubbles and vibrant structure are testament to the exceptional expertise of Domaine Dhondt-Grellet.
The nose opens with aromas of white fruits and citrus, such as pear, apple and lemon, complemented by floral notes, white flowers, toast and a subtle chalky minerality. On the palate, the champagne seduces with its creamy texture, intense freshness, perfect balance and a long, salty finish, the signature of the elegance of Chardonnay Grand Cru.
Cramant Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Extra-Brut is best served at around 9–10°C, accompanying seafood, noble fish, shellfish, pan-fried scallops or refined aperitifs. With an ageing potential of 8 to 12 years, it will develop complex notes of brioche, hazelnut and honey.
