The 2022 Weissburgunder from the Wasenhaus estate is a German white wine made from the Pinot Blanc grape variety, produced in the Baden region, now renowned for its wines of great finesse. This 2022 Wasenhaus Weissburgunder is distinguished by its pale, crystalline colour. On the nose, there are aromas of fresh pear, white peach, citrus and white flowers, with a subtle minerality typical of the limestone terroirs of Baden. On the palate, this dry white wine is taut, straightforward and delicately textured, with a fine acidity that brings freshness and length. The balance is clear: fruit, finesse and precision.
