Christophe’s cellar holds more than 10,000 bottles, 1500 of which are rare. The oldest date back to the early 1900s. Quite varied in origin, they recount the many trips taken by your devout host all over France and the world to uncover these incredible hidden wonders.
Among its treasures, cellar “1 Bis” offers great Burgundy labels (Roumier, Rousseau, Mortet, Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, Coche-Dury, Georges Noellat, Ramonet…), distinguished Rhônes (Guigal, Combier, Rayas, Chave…), and other big names of the likes of Grange des Pères, Clos Rougeard, Ganevat, in addition to all the great growths from Bordeaux (Pétrus, Mouton-Rotschild, Haut-Brion, Yquem…) as well as the most important foreign wines (Opus One, Egon Muller, Antinori…) . You’ll also find an exceptional collection of large formats from Magnum, Jéroboam and CBO.
